Our members are committed to creating music in an uplifting environment that fosters creativity, support, belonging, and joy.
Vocal standard is dedicated to our craft by our work-ethic, musically challenging material, and encouragement of growth both personally, and as a group. Since our foundation, we have won two Region 5 competitions, finished 10th at SAI International Contest (2022) as well as recieved the Harmony Achievement award, and annually performed in the Kansas City Metro with our brother chorus, Central Standard.
As we look to the future, we are excited to continue expanding the boundaries of our musicianship, performance abilities, and deep friendships we create with each other.
